Q: Do you do any other treatments other than hair?

 A: Yes, I am a nail technician. Please email me for more information! 

Q: What hours are you available?

A: I work on a 24/7 basis so can work to your schedule, whether that's 7am highlights before you go to work or a late evening haircut.

Q: Will I need to provide anything?

A: Depending on the treatment, I may need access to electrical sockets, hot running water and good lighting.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Q: What areas do you travel to?

A: Within the M25, though predominantly East London. If I have to use public transport, I would ask you to cover the cost of travel, though I will always try to travel by bike.

Q: Are you qualified and insured?

 

 A: I am fully qualified and insured to carry out all treatments that I offer.

Q: How long do treatments take?

 

A: Timings do vary, but in general I would say:

Ladies cut and blow-dry: 1 hour

Mens cut: 35 minutes

Childrens cut: 30 minutes

Colour cut and blow-dry: 2.5 - 3 hours

Colour and blow-dry: 2 - 2.5 hours

This includes setting up time.

Q: Where do you do call-outs?

A: I can visit your office, hotel, home, or even the park or gardens in the summer.

Q: Do you do Wedding Hair?

 

A: Yes I can do the full works from tryouts in your home, all the bridesmaids, manicure and pedicure.

Q: Should I wet my hair prior to the appointment?

A: If it’s your first appointment with me I would prefer dry and in it’s natural state so I know how to create the perfect shape for you. If I’ve seen you before I’m happy to shampoo and condition or you can have it wet and clean for when I arrive.
